Slalom course operating rules
- By paying the entrance fee to the slalom course, you agree to the terms of the operating rules and to comply with them
- every user of the artificial slalom course is obliged to report to the reception before using the artificial slalom course and pay the fee for its use
- the artificial slalom course user is obliged to wear appropriate equipment – especially a life jacket and helmet, movement on the artificial slalom course without these items is prohibited
- it is not allowed to move on the artificial slalom course without a number or sticker (supplied by the operator), unless the operator specifies otherwise
- the artificial slalom course user is obliged to respect the reservations and division of the slalom course according to the operator’s instructions
- artificial slalom course users must be swimmers
- users cannot use the artificial slalom course if they are under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances
- persons under the age of 18 are obliged to move on the artificial slalom course accompanied or under the supervision of an adult
- it is not allowed to damage the artificial slalom course equipment arbitrarily, especially pulling on the gates, unauthorized manipulation of obstacles, etc.
- performing any activities on the artificial slalom course are at your own risk, the user acknowledges that white water sports are dangerous and can lead to injury or death
- the user must not enter the sluice gate, nor must they enter the filling lane – dangerous whirlpools and rollers may form and there is a risk of damage to health or material
- the operator is not responsible for damage caused to the user’s material when using the artificial slalom course
- the user who discovers damage or potential danger on the artificial slalom course (especially broken ropes of the gate holding system, unsecured or damaged obstacle blocks, their fastening, etc.) is obliged to report this to the operator
Campsite Operating Rules
- The campsite operating rules are binding for everyone staying in the camp area. Any person who violates the Campsite Operating Rules will be expelled from the camp area without compensation
- Every guest must familiarize themselves with these Operating Rules and is obliged to comply with them. By paying for accommodation or entering the camp area, the obligation to comply with these Operating Rules arises
- Only a guest (citizen) who duly registers at the reception, presents an identity card and pays the accommodation fee according to the price list may stay in the camp area. Each person staying in a tent or caravan will receive a tag that they visibly attach to their car or tent for the purpose of constant control
- Unless the accommodation period has been agreed otherwise, accommodation is provided from 3 pm. Guests are obliged to leave the accommodation unit or area for tents and caravans no later than 11 am on the day of the end of their stay. If the guest does not meet this deadline, he is obliged to pay the accommodation provider for the accommodation for that day as well. Guests pay for accommodation in advance
- Guests are allocated a space for camping or parking a caravan according to the order or agreement
- Those staying at the campsite are obliged to maintain cleanliness and order. They may only pitch tents and park vehicles in the areas designated for this purpose
- Nighttime silence must be observed between 10 pm and 7 am. During cultural and social events, the nighttime silence period can be changed from 12 am to 7 am by agreement with the campsite administrator. Played music is prohibited 24/7.
- The guest is liable for damage caused to the property of the campsite operator according to generally binding regulations. In case of damage, the guest will pay the costs necessary to restore the property to its original condition
- It is prohibited to let pets run around and walk around the campsite
- The accommodation provider is liable for money, personal documents and other valuables only if they have been handed over to him for safekeeping. The campsite operator is not liable for things left unattended. Bicycles can be stored in designated bicycle sheds by arrangement.
